End on September 12th
3%
Description of the petition:

In response to terrorist attack from 7.21 to 8.11, the Hong Kong government and political leaders of the establishment motivate triad gangsters and the Hong Kong Police Force (HKPF) to attack its citizen, aimed at repressing continuous protests across the city by terrifying people with unlawful violence and perverting the course of justice. They performed in differentiable attack to protesters, first-aiders and people passing by.

Furthermore, the chairman of Junior Police Officers Association (JPOA), Mr. Lam Chi-Wai, called protesters as cockroaches in an official announcement recalled the world about the terrible Rwanda massacre 15 years ago.

In light of humanitarianism, we the people petition to help stopping these hate speech and repression being developed into humanitarian crisis

Sanctions against Individuals and Entities Supporting the Tyranny of the Hong Kong and Chinese Government.

End on September 21st
1%
Description of the petition:

Many Hongkongers who participated in the Anti-extradition movement for democracy are now at risk of losing their jobs. The Chinese Communist Party (CCP) is forcing corporations under their influence to expel the pro-democracy Hongkongers from the job market in Hong Kong. By establishing white terror in Hong Kong, the CCP can eliminate our call for human rights and any oppositions who dare to speak out.

We ask the U.S. Government to consider imposing the Global Magnitsky Act sanctions and empowering the Hong Kong Human Rights and Democracy Act against individuals and entities supporting the tyranny of the CCP. This will send a clear message to the world that the U.S. Government will not support any individuals and corporations assisting the Chinese Government to suppress freedom of speech.

Please nominate Hong Kong Youth for the Nobel Prize of Peace 2019 (or other human rights honours)

End on September 15th
6%
Description of the petition:

The Hong Kong youth has been showing bravery and passion for the fight of human rights and freedom. Since 12/06/2019, they have been facing suppressing violence like tear gas, rubber bullets, and other lethal forces. During the protests, two of the EMS workers were shot and one lost her right eye, while many thousands were injured. In the face of suppressing violence, the freedom fighters remained calm and carried on the fight even if they did not have means of protecting themselves against the violence. During the indiscriminate attack from pro-china party, they showed compassion and humanitarianism to the world by helping the injured ones. They are the beacons of light, giving hope to people who are suffering from fear and violence, and to other freedom fighters in the world.

Stop HK Police sexually assaulting protestors. Please pass the Hong Kong Human Rights and Democracy Act.

End on September 28th
11%
Description of the petition:

In the past 80 days, HK Police keep manhandling and sexually harassing protestors. It was reported by social caring group with questionnaires that female detainees claim that they were fed with unknown drugs and policemen rub their clitoris with hard rods. They were denied to toilets afterwards and forced to pee with their pants on. Protestors’ clothes and underwear were forced to take off and their legs were forced to spread open while being strip-searched by officers with no gloves on. These cases are just tip of the iceberg and we believe the situation is getting worse.

Please pass the Hong Kong Human Rights and Democracy Act in order to ensure that all residents of Hong Kong are afforded freedom from arbitrary or unlawful arrest, detention, torture, or imprisonment.

Revoke the visas of Chinese college students who disrupted the otherwise peaceful pro-Hong Kong protests

End on September 19th
19%
Description of the petition:

The ongoing anti-ELAB protests worldwide have become common targets for many mainland Chinese students, resulting in clashes between pro-Hong Kong and pro-China parties as the latter would disrupt these otherwise peaceful protests in an uncivilized manner, often with the use of violence. Such blatant disregard for human rights is intolerable in the US and also poses danger to US citizens who stand with Hong Kongers.

Evidences have also shown that Chinese students / researchers are likely to have facilitated intellectual property theft and/or engaged in espionage under the potential influence of the Chinese Communist Party. We therefore urge the Congress to further restrict the admission of Chinese college students, and revoke the visas for those who attempted to sabotage the protests.

Please Rescue Cathay Pacific Airways. Please Support Hong Kong’s Fight for Defending Economic Freedom.

End on September 21st
11%
Description of the petition:

China’s been exerting control over the operation of the enterprise in HK. They requested that Cathay Pacific (a major flag carrier of HK) hand over a list of staff who participated in the protests. They not only disallowed the pro-rally crews to fly to China but also barred them from overflying China enroute to another destination. This is what led to the resignation of the Airline’s 2 executives (Rupert Hogg & Paul Loo). 2 pilots were fired earlier in connection of the protests. China’s interference in Cathay Pacific just represents yet another a long string of promises broken by the communist regime. They violated the Int’l Air Services Transit Agreement. We urge the US Trade Representative to take notice and ensure all the US & local companies in HK are free from China’s interference.

Chinese police impersonating Hong Kong police officers in anti-extradition bill protest

End on September 9th
100%
Description of the petition:

Hong Kong anti-extradition bill protest was violently disturbed, suppressed and smeared by the Chinese and Hong Kong Government.

There was evidence that Chinese Government sent mainland police officers to Hong Kong to impersonate Hong Kong police officers. Evidence such as incomplete uniform, different crowd management approach, language(Mandarin was heard but the mother tongue of Hong Kong people is Cantonese).

Chinese Government is evidently breaking the Sino-Joint Declaration of promising “One Country Two Systems”.Such barbarous act will not be accepted nor endorsed in any international standards.

Hong Kong people fights for democracy and freedom. We are here to plead White House to pass the Hong Kong Human rights and Democracy Act.
